How do I place an order?

Can I update or cancel an order?
Please contact service@avunexa.com as soon as possible. We can review a change or cancellation request before processing begins, but may not be able to make changes after preparation or dispatch has started.

How long does fulfillment take?
We generally prepare confirmed orders in 1–5 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery transit period is 10–20 business days. The total estimated time includes processing plus transportation.

How much is standard shipping?
Our standard shipping charge is $2.99 USD. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for your selected order and destination.

How can I follow my parcel?
When your order ships, we email tracking details where available. Updates may take some time to appear in the carrier system.

What if my order is damaged, missing an item, or incorrect?

Can I return an item?
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any return.

When will an approved refund be processed?
