Shipping and Delivery

We coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners to deliver Avunexa orders. The information below outlines the usual steps between payment confirmation and receipt of your parcel.

Order Preparation: 1–5 Business Days

We normally process paid orders within 1–5 business days. This includes checking and preparing the order for dispatch. Public holidays, busy periods, and inventory changes can cause additional time.

Estimated Transportation: 10–20 Business Days

Once the parcel leaves the fulfillment location, estimated shipping transit is 10–20 business days. Add the processing period to the transit estimate when planning for arrival; these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Standard Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is currently $2.99 USD. The checkout page displays the shipping amount applicable to your order before you authorize payment.

Shipment Origin and Tracking

Packages may leave from our facilities or an authorized partner location, depending on stock and shipping needs. We do not promise a particular warehouse origin. Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch notification with the relevant information. Some carriers do not display the first tracking scan immediately.

Delivery Destinations and Customs

Availability depends on the destination, carrier network, and any applicable restrictions. Cross-border packages can be affected by customs procedures or destination-specific taxes and import charges as required by law.

Late or Missing Delivery

If your parcel appears delayed or tracking has stopped updating, email service@avunexa.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the situation with the relevant fulfillment or delivery partners and explain available next steps.

Address Changes

Contact us promptly if your shipping address is incorrect. Changes may be possible before the order is prepared, but cannot be promised after dispatch. Please verify the full delivery address at checkout.
